Job Title: Fish Filetter

Responsibilities:
Filleting various types of fish with precision and efficiency.
Inspecting fish for quality and ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace.
Properly storing and handling fish products to ensure freshness.
Working collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cutting meat, fish, chicken, pork or beef.
Live in county Cork or willing to relocate
Possess EU passport or Stamp4
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
